Simon is a British photographer, working everywhere from outer Mongolia to Malawi – and a lot of places in between. With a gentle attitude and hands-on, easy-going approach, Simon is just as comfortable living off-grid in a yurt in the Gobi desert as he is shooting with celebrities and big crews in the studio.
He has a unique storytelling ability and a passion for creating crisp, beautifully sensitive and hard-hitting imagery.
Throughout his career he has worked internationally with a wide range of clients, including Guinness, Cancer Research UK, BBC, Nike and Macmillan producing everything from print campaigns to digital content. His work has also been featured in It’s Nice That, Vogue and National Geographic.
In both his professional and personal projects, he continuously explores the relationship between people and their environments, continually looking to give an insight in to unseen worlds.
As a firm believer that photography can be used as a positive tool for change, Simon provides photography to a number of charities including the UK and Africa based, Love Support Unite who are a grass roots charity with an orphanage and sustainable school in Lilongwe.
Work from his project on a prosthetic limb factory in Jaipur, India was exhibited at the V&A Museum, London from June 2025 to February 2026 before reopening at the V&A Museum Dundee from 5th June 2026 onwards.
